Services Who Can Be Rude to Disabled

So I am talking to someone on the phone about my auto insurance to make changes to my policy who refuse to use chat or other means for someone with a hearing impairment such as myself.  Mind you the captioned phone I have is slow and I am trying to stay ahead to understand what this person was telling me.  I let her know I am hearing-impaired and she did not seem to care at all.  After we did one thing she hung up on me and that was it.  Shocked and disappointed I am going to have to call back Monday and make sure this is all clear.  Been with this company for 20 years too!

If you do customer service, please listen and hear the other person  If you are not doing both, then you are not doing your job.  If you are too clouded to do both, then don’t answer me and my fellow customers (who by the way pay your checks).
