Tech and Ed Coach is my way to help ease the confusion and overwhelming challenges between innovation and higher education.  Let’s face it – learning how to teach online, utilizing rapidly evolving innovative tools, and artificial intelligence can be overwhelming.  There is no stopping or slowing down the advancement of higher education.  The success in all of this comes from the teachers, staff, and students.  Colleges need to face challenges together, and no one should be left alone.  We need to help one another and remain open-minded, continuing to learn how to apply innovation in teaching and learning.  There is no difference between a doctor having to learn new surgical techniques or procedures, or a mechanic learning new car engines.  If we do not continue to learn and evolve, then we hinder the success of the colleges and students.
